Elisabeth Sieca-Kozlowski, Chief Editor of The Journal of Power Institutions in Post-Soviet Societies, www.pipss.org is pleased to inform you that a round-table around the book
« Dedovshchina in the post-Soviet Military. Hazing of Russian Army Conscripts in a Comparative Perspective” (E. Sieca-Kozlowski & Francoise Dauce Eds), Ibidem-Verlag 2006
will be held in the Carnegie Center in Moscow on May 23rd from 4 pm to 7 pm.
The event is organized by the Franco-Russian Center for Social Sciences in Moscow and the Carnegie center and hosted in the Carnegie Center in Moscow.
The speakers will be:
Francoise Dauce and Elisabeth Sieca-Kozlowski, co-editors of the book; Konstantin Bannikov, anthropologist, Anna Lebedev sociologist, Vadim Mikhailin anthropologist, Igor Obraztsov sociologist, Anton Oleynik sociologist.
The round-table will be held in English and Russian.
